  • depending on time of day and route.

Take the AirTrain to Jamaica station and then the LIRR to Penn Station and exit on 8th Ave. If you're further up or down 8th Ave. from the station take the A or C Subway.

if time is not an issue, take the air train to Jamaica and transfeer to the E subway line; take it into Manhattan and change at 7th Ave to the uptown A to 125th St; upstairs, on 125t St, transfer to the westbound M60 bus to W. 120th & Broadway. It'll take about 90 minutes, but will cost you $7.75.

How can I get from E42nd Street to JFK for a 7:10 PM international flight on a Tuesday, assuming I can't leave until 4:30. Is it possible?

I am arriving JFK at 11.30 am. I have outbound flight at 9.00pm. Can you advise how long it will take to go to Manhattan and come back? or is there any mini tour to show places of interest around?

Hi,
Can someone please tell me if it would be better to take a cab or the airtrain to JFK, from upper Manhattan, at around 4:30 pm on a weekday. Thanks!

If you're lugging around some heavy bags, I'd taxi it. Otherwise, the Airtrain is easy with just a change at the Jamaica station.

I have a 5 am flight out of Terminal 4 on 1/23. I intend to leave the car in longterm parking. How do I get to Terminal 4 at say 2 a.m.?

How should i go from JFK to Brooklyn 4 avenue by train?

Take AirTrain to Jamaica Station and LIRR to Flatbush Ave. Brooklyn. The station is at Flatbush/Atlantic/4th Aves. If you're destination is further down 4th Ave. connect to the R subway which runs down 4th Ave. to Bay Ridge.
