Hello, my family and i will
Hello, my family and i will arrive at JFK - terminal 3, via Delta at 2pm and have a flight out to Pisa, Italy via Delta 136 at 8:40Pm
1.Delta Flight 136 is this terminal 3 also? Is there luggage storage @ terminal 3 for our carry ons?Because...
2.We want to zip down to Time Square, I understand the route taking Airtrain to Jamaica Station (look for red signage), E to 50th, is this correct?
3.Is it correct that we can take the same route back to the airport? How much time should we allow for traveling each way?
4.Will we be considered checked in for jfk/psa flt 136 when we arrive to JFK from our origin, TPA? Or do we need to check in for that leg of the flight?
Any other advice or tips so we we don't screw this up would be welcomed!! Thanks
re:Hello, my family and i will
1. Most likely DL136 will be out of T3(or T2). Check again on the day of departure - Delta operates out of 3 buildings at JFK and they can shift their flights as they need to.
2. For Time Square you have to get off E line at 42nd street stop.
3. The same route back to JFK will work perfectly. Allow 1.5 hours for travel time.
4. Most likely you will have your boarding passes for DL136 at TPA; your bags will be checked through , so...yes, you will be fine.Double check that with Delta in TPA again!

Connection of United to Air India
Landing by United 7112 from IAD at 01.34pm in terminal 7 can I take Air India 102 at 05.05pm at terminal 4. How much time does it take to reach terminal 4 from terminal 7. How much time is usually it takes for immigration.
Take the Airtrain on Track 2
Take the Airtrain on Track 2 from T7 to T4, about 5-10 minutes. You do not go through customs/immigration for departing international flights, only at your arrival airport.
JFk to Quality Inn 138 - 68 94th Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11435
What is the best way from JFK to Quality Inn 138 - 68 94th Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11435 ? (Door to door)
By Shuttle - Is it possible and from where and what will it cost?
By Cab?
I want to avoid the Trains as I have luggage.
Please suggest
re:What is the best way from JFK to Quality Inn 138 - 68 94th Av
There is no door-to-door shuttle to that place(unless you want to take a private van which will cost you $50-$60).
Yellow cab is the best solution - as per taxiwiz.com :
"That cab ride would cost about $14.20. That is roughly $16 with a 15% tip. It is about 4.7 miles."
You may re-consider train - Airtrain stops only two blocks away from that hotel(its final stop at Jamaica Station). And it is only $5. You can take your bags on a baggage cart all the way to Jamaica Station.

how to get to rockville centre hampton
need to get from jfk to rockville centre hampton on sunday may 2nd. what are the options and prices
re: from jfk to rockville centre
1. By taxi
Yellow cab will cost you about $27.40. That is roughly $32 with a 15% tip. It is about 10.8 miles.
2. By Public Transportation
Take Airtrain from any terminal on track 1 to Jamaica Station( be careful - on that track there are two alternating trains going to different routes; check the sign above the doors as the train arrives; the red colored sign is Jamaica one). Then take LIRR to Rockville Centre. Price: $5 + $5.25-off peak($7.25-peak).
3. By shuttle
There is shuttle called Super Shuttle Long Island(look for it at Ground transportation counter or Welcome Center) that goes door-to-door in Rockville Centre for $49 per person.

re:need to go to 38-30 Crescent Street, Long Island City, NY 111
You have two options :
Taxi will charge you on the meter - expect between $35-$45 for the whole cab.
Mass transit is another option - take Airtrain to Jamaica Station, then transfer to subway E to Roosevelt Ave, then transfer to subway F(going towards Manhattan) and get off on 21st street stop. Walk two blocks on 21st street towards 39th ave and make right on 39th ave.Walk 5 blocks to 25th street and make a left.Cost - $7.25/passenger.

We are arriving at JFK on
We are arriving at JFK on the 11th of June, PM 1.55.
We are staying at the Hampton Hotel, 320 pearl street.
How do we get there
re:We are arriving at JFK on
1. Taxi(the fast and easy one)
Yellow cab (from JFK to any point to Manhattan) costs flat rate of $45 + bridge toll($5.50). The price is for the whole taxi, not per passenger.
2. Shuttle
There is shuttle(look for it at Ground transportation
counter or Welcome Center) that goes to any hotel in Manhattan for $18.50 per person.
I am omitting the public transportation option on purpose because there is no close by subway station by this hotel. Let me know if you still consider it.
