Transport to Southbury, Connecticut
What is the best and easiest way to get from JFK airport to Southbury. What is the best price? I arrive at JFK 6.33 am on the 6th of June, I need to be in Southbury, Connecticut by the 7th of June 2010.

CT Limo is a shared ride service that goes from any terminal to Southbury,CT(Crowne Plaza Hotel). It costs $85/passenger. Reserve the limo after you arrive at Ground Transportation counter(Welcome Center).
Also you can use Airtrain->Subway E->Subway 6 to Grand Central and then take Metro North train to either Danbury or Waterbury(which are close to Southbury).

How will my Grandma know that she will receive Handicapped service?? when she exits the plane, who do she need to go up to??
Also will this man help her carry the luggage??

She needs to notify the flight attendants on the plane(before landing). The wheelchair assistance is usually first(or last) of all passengers on the plane. The wheelchair assistant helps with the luggage(if it is not big) too.

Bus or Van services and costs from JFK to Philadelphia
I plan to arrive at JFK at about 18.00 (date not yet decided) and would like the name of a bus or van operator providing services to the Philadelphia area. I am also interested in the cost. Thanks ARM

The shuttle service's name is Dave's Best Limo.
You can reserve it at Ground Transportation(Welcome Center) counter . The cost is $65/passenger.
There is another service/bus called Transbridge Lines.
It leaves out of Terminal 4 only. Check out their web site for details:

Hi.I will be meeting my friends who will fly from russia (aeroflot) to terminal 1. Their flight is scedulled to land at 5 pm. Then they have a connecting flight to Tampa at 7.30 pm from terminal 3 (delta). Is it likely tha they will make it? When does the check in close? When the luggage check in closes? Is it likely that flight to tampa could be late?(because of the construction or smth else). Thank you.
Oh, and what would be the faster way to get from t1 to t3? Driving or taking airtrain?

Two hours and half is enough to make the transfer if... Aeroflot is on time. The check-in closes usually one hour prior to the flight departure. Weather the flight to Tampa is late or not can be determined on the day of the departures(even hours before the time).
The fastest way is to walk - next building is Terminal 2(also Delta terminal) and they can check-in and go through security there as well. Terminal 2 and 3 are connected behind security.

the problem also is that my friends dont speak a word in english. will they be able to figure out how to get from t2 to t3 if they go thru securty check at terminal 2? and how will they be able to check in their luggage?

If their luggage is checked through their final destination , they can re-check it at Aeroflot connecting flights counter(right after customs). Once they know the departing Delta gate number(it will be on their boarding pass) they only have to follow the signs at T2/T3.
