Terminal 4 - open all the time.

I shall be using the luggage storage facility at the terminal 4. I see that you have mentioned charges on per day basis. My question is, that if I place my luggage at say 4 in the afternoon then would my time be considered from that point or you have fixed times during the day as reference points?

From that point. In your case - at 4:01pm next day you will be charged for a second day.

Is there any train from Philadelphia / Mount Laorel to JFK Airport.
I need to board flight Aeroflot to Masscow so which is nearest luggage storage where i can put it for 24 hrs.

There is no direct train from Philadelphia / Mount Laorel to JFK Airport. You have to take Amtrak train from Philadelphia to Penn Station in Manhattan and then take LIRR train to Jamaica Station or subway E to Sutphin Blvd stop and then take Airtrain to JFK terminals.
Terminal 1 (where Aeroflot is) has baggage storage on the first floor.

Where should I store luggage for a Lufthansa flight?
Is there access to public transportation to NYC from there?

Lufthansa is at T1. There is baggage storage there, on the first floor(the facility is NOT 24 hours open). Take Airtrain from T1 Airtrain station to subway or LIRR train stops.

We are flying from T5 on Saturday morning. Doesn't look like there is any storage at this terminal. Would the T4 storage be the closest, and how far and long would it take from T5 to get there?

Thks

T5 does not have luggage storage. T4 is the closest one . It is 10 minutes on the Airtrain between the terminals.

You can leave you bags at the storage at Terminal 4, first floor(next to the hotel reservation counter). The prices are in front of this web page.
The storage is safe. All the bags are in one room(on the shelves) not in private lockers.
