Easiest way: exit T2 and turn to your left; T1 is within 5 min walking distance.

I will reach at JFK Terminal 03 at 2 pm and the connecting flight at Tererminal 07 on 7 pm. So I have spare time @ 3 hrs to use to see near by locations.
Will you tell me where can I use this time to see near by good locations after which I can reach JFK again to catch my connecting flight.
Which will be cheap traveling for me also.
You will not have enough
You will not have enough time to leave the airport for sightseeing. Take Airtrain on track 1 from T3 to T7 for your conneciton, Airtrain is free between terminals.

Arriving at t7 and catching next one at t4
What is the most convenient way to change from terminal 7 to t4 within 2 hours time? I will arrive by US 374 at 15:03 (at t7) and catch the next flight AI 102 at 17:05 (at t4). No check in baggage.

From JFK airport to the Statue of Liberty
Hello
My mom is going to be at the airport for 7 hours (layover)Terminal 8 AMERICAN AIRLINES. My question is, does she have time to take a cab from the terminal to go and see the Statue of Liberty and go back to catch her flight, she has time from 3;30 pm to 10:30 pm on a Friday. Any idea how much does a cab cost.
