My sister-in-law is arriving from Russia at terminal 1 and is departing from terminal 6 to Buffalo. Is it possible to have a Russian speaking employee help her transfer to terminal 6?

I will be arriving on a Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt to terminal 1. I need to transfer to a Cathay flight out of terminal 7. I assume that I will have to clear US immigration and customs when I land at terminal 1 even though I am connecting to another international flight - is this correct? Also what is the best way to transfer between terminal 1 and terminal 7. I will not have checked luggage.

Yes, you will clear customs on arrival from Frankfurt. When you exit customs proceed to Airtrain and take any train on track 1 from T1 to T7.

How can I get to terminal 1 from terminal 3 ? By airport train?
How long does it take to get there?
Is it possibel to get to terminal2 from terminal3 by walk?

You can take Airtrain on track 2 from T3 to T1, only takes a few minutes. T2 and T3 are connected as both terminals are for Delta.
