Hello, My son got out of bootcamp and flew to NY on his way to England Sunday. We have not heard from him since Sunday. I've tried contacting the airport to have him paged and after ten times I have still not been able to speak to anyone. Can somebody please give me information on the passengers who are stuck there at JFK and if you have any advise on how to have someone page please let me know. We are all worried sick....Thank you!

Call British Airways to see if they can help you out. Their number is on this website.

Only the airline he is booked on can assist you, not the airport. Call the airline and see if they can give you the number or transfer you to the JFK location and they can page him if he's in the gate area or terminal.

Does anyone know if they're supposed to be cancelled? Does anyone know how much snow they're supposed to get in London?? I'm supposed to leave Wednesday afternoon, and I really want to see my boyfriend this Christmas. And I've called the British Airways number numerous times, it's not working!!

Google JFK Airport arriving and departing flights tomorrow morning and see if your flight was canceled.

Unfortunately only BA can give you the ststus of flights. I'm sure they, along with most European carriers, are inundated with inquiries!!

Hallo
my son will arrive at JFK tomorrow with American Airlines (from Milan),will be terminal 8?right?the day after he has the flight for Seattle also from JFK with Delta Airlines, which Terminal: 3???? he has to pick up baggage, do customer and make new check in with Delta, right?is there possibility to stay in a place at the airport for the night! (everything due to problems with London airport).
thank for helping me with your info!

Only open terminal overnight is terminal 4. American Airlines arrives at terminal 8 and Delta domestic departs out of terminal 2 or 3. He will have to go through customs and security upon arrival in the U.S. He can use free air train at each terminal to transfer between terminals.

Hi, my flight for London tonight is cancelled. I can't contact anybody over the phone and the website is not helpful. What can I do ? Can I come to the airport to rebook ?

Yes you may if you wish. British Airways is on terminal 7 or you can google them online and rebook your flight.

Please help me to find my syster Larisa Yavorska, 56 years old, a citezen of Ukraine and has a disability (little person) - her arrival to Paris was delayed due to weather conditions so the ticket was reissued from Paris to New York (JFK) instead of directly to Miami.
Now, her flight arrived in New York (JFK)at 12:48am Dec.21, 2010, she has a wrong info about her next flight-she thinks she needs to go to Newark, NJ for her next flight, and I've called every possible # at JFK to locate her at no success.
Please help me to find her and let her know her next flight # is: DEL 1283 from JFK to Fort Lauderdale, FL (FLL), 7:20am, Dec. 21st, conf# HAH66I.
Please someone help! I thank so much everyone who will,

Ellen Ripley, my #954-654-0360

Call AeroSvit Ukrainian Airlines. Their number is on this website.

Any idea how to get through to the BA lounge? Been trying all day

Speak with British Airways at terminal 7.

My mother is coming from the UK on a delayed flight and will have a tight connection (arrives terminal 7 and departs terminal 7 thankfully). Do we have any way to find out if she made her connection? (it's later today)
