Irene your time slot is OK. You do have enough time to make it through customs and immigration as long as your arriving flight is on time. Yes you have to pick up baggage yourself and check it through customs. You will clear customs upon arrival at terminal 7. No need to go outside. Use air train on the 3rd floor of terminal 7 and transfer over to terminal 8 in less than 10 minutes. Everything happens inside the airport.

I will arrive at JFK at around 12pm on Jan. 23, then need go to Danbury. Can I book limo service for the ground transportation? Please advise, thank you.

Yes you can book limo service for the ground transportation.

Is the airtrain from Jamaica to JFK working today? (Friday January14)

You are in luck. Yes it is working.

I believe so.

I arrived on the British Airways flight from LHR on 10th Jan . My baggage was tagged for Mexico city(flight with Aeromexico) and after customs I checked it in at Terminal 7 baggage recheck area, confirming with the officials if I could do that. I then went to Terminal 1 and informed AeroMexico officials about this. They took note of the baggage tags. I reached mexico city catching the 00:45 am flight on 11th Jan. Its been over 2 days and my luggage has not arrived. The airlines seem clueless even now. Should I have not checked in at the re check counter at Terminal 7. Is there any point in contacting Lost and found at Terminal 7. I had packed for quite some time and so am in a desperate situation.

You should speak with Aero Mexico regarding your luggage. No one else is responsible when it comes to your luggage.

Hi,my family is flighing from Mami to NY with AA and 3 hours later to Madrid with Iberia. Can you tell me on which terminal they gonna arrive from Miami, and from which terminal they gonna fligh to Madrid? Do they have to pass the checkpoint again or there is an inside connection? How to get from one terminal to the other? Are 3 hours enough time? They don`t speak english, so I want them to have all the information in advance. I`ll appreciate the help. Thank you.

Hello Mrs Stevens.
Let me give you my scoop of information regarding your question.
American Airlines arrives and departs from terminal 8.
Iberia Airlines arrives and departs from terminal 7.
You will arrive in terminal 8 from Miami and depart from terminal 7 to Madrid Spain. You will make an inside connection and go through security at terminal 7. Use an air train on the third floor of terminal 8 and it will get you to terminal 7 in less than 5 minutes. 3 hours is not only enough to make your connection but you will have time to sit and relax. Please also remember that you wont have to go through Customs or Immigration at JFK since you will be arriving from a domestic flight.

Thank you so much!!!

You are very welcome.

Hi if my international flight (ANA) arrives at JFK on 9.30 am, will I be able to catch the domestic flight (United) at 10.09 am, having already checked online in advance? Both are at the same terminal, but I'm very worried about the immigration and customs. My friend called United and they said it is possible even with checked-in baggages, and said something about placing the baggages at the United counter. Hope someone advises me on this! Thank you!

Impossible connection. 39 minutes is way too short to make that connection. You would need at least 1 hour and 30 minutes to make that connection. Immigration and Customs may take you up to an hour depending on how many people arrive at that terminal. I can only suggest that you should make other flight arrangements.

Hi, I am arriving JFK T7 (Iberia) 7:30pm Th, 13th Jan. Connecting JFK T5 (JetBlue) 10pm. I will have my bags with me, but I think that I need to check in JetBlue (after customs) before boarding. Do I have enough time? Any advice on how to make sure that I make it?

Many thanks!
DS
