There are 8 operating airline terminals At JFK Airport, Terminals 1 to 8. Terminals are located around the central terminal area (CTA). The terminals and parking lots in the central terminal area are divided into five areas.

We are flying in on Delta to Terminal 2. We will have approximately 30 minutes to make our connecting flight which is also on Delta. If our connection departs from Terminal 3 would we be able to make that flight, provided our arriving flight is on time?

i am arriving on jetblue to terminal 5, but my dad will be arriving on american to terminal 8 three hours later. is there a way to stya behind security to wait for him?

Hi,

We are flying from Las Vegas to London with a change of flight at JFK. The layover is 51 min. Is that enough? Flights are with Delta and it's going from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2. The ticket is bookable that way so I guess Delta think it's ok.

We'll be flying via JFK on our way back from FT Lauderdale to London Gatwick. We have a 7hr+ stop over, and would love to check out a bit of New York.

an old friend of mine is flying in to jfk for about 2 hours before she flies out again and i was wondering if it were possible for me to go through security to see her, or for her to come out see me and then go back through security?

I am arriving by Amtrak into NYC Penn Station at 8:40pm next Tuesday and have to catch an 11pm flight on American Airlines to London. I know this timing is very tight. I think the fastest way to the airport at that time of the evening will be by taxi -- correct? Once I get dropped off at T8, is there a Priority line for passport check and security clearance? I am a Gold member of the American AAdvantage program and am hoping this will save me a bit of time. Thank you!

Hi there, we will be flying to JFK on an Air Berlin flight from Dusseldorf which will arrive at terminal 8. We will need to go through customs and will have to pick up our luggage. Our connecting flight leaves from terminal 3 to Charlotte. Where do we check in for our CLT flight? And how much time do we need to transfer between these flights? We will arrive at 3.50 PM and our connecting flight leaves at 8.30 PM.

Hi there

Please could somebody give me some advice.

I am flying from cancun to jfk on 13/4 with jetblue and am scheduled to land at 4.15pm. from looking at the jet blue website i believe we will be flying into terminal 4.

i then have a flight from jfk to dusseldorf at 6.35pm which i believe leaves from terminal 8.

i have just noticed that the check-in deadline for air berlin flights from jfk is 90 mins prior to departure. therefore, i need to check in for my flight to dusseldorf by 5.05pm

so this means i will have only 50 mins in between landing in jfk terminal 4 and getting to terminal 8 for the check in deadline.

as i am only in transit will i have to go through the immigration procedures or simply collect my baggage and go to the next flight?

is this possible or do i need to try and amend my flight details?

Hi,

I am landing @ 10:00 AM in JFK Internation Airport terminal 4 via AA and need to board Emirates to Dubai in terminal 8 11:20 AM.
I do have 1 hour 20 min time to connect to this flight along with family and kids.

Please let me know below.
1) Can we walk from Terminal 4 to 8,if so how much time it might take
2) Any shuttles/train available if so where?
3) Can we make it emirates within 1Hour 20 Mins time

I will be reaching to JFK terminal 4 by Emirates at 2.15 p.m on 4th April and need to connect to the Delta airline flight in terminal 3 at 6.15 p.m. Can you please help me
1) where to check out the baggage
2) where to check in the baggage(termina4 or terminal 3)
3) how to teach terminal 3
