My family will arrive at JFK
My family will arrive at JFK terminal 8 with Royal Jordanian flight on 29 July at 1615 hrs, next flight is from Terminal 5 with JetBlue at 2000hrs.
Please advice if this time between the flight is ok for immigration and custom and what is the best way to reach from Terminal 8 to terminal 5.

I leave Brazil to Belgium in augustus and I have to change my flight in JFK airport NY. I will arrive in terminal 8 at 6.25am and wait until 6.10pm in the same terminal before taking my airplane to back in Belgium.
It is about 12 boring hours, so my questions are :
May I have free to leave the terminal 8 to visit NY and go back later ?

Hello, my friends are going back home to Japan from Lima Peru. They are fliying on Lan Peru to JFK and then changing planes to All Nippon (ANA) to Tokyo. The question is, that they are two adults and an infant, with more than 6 luggages and they are traveling with their dog. What I understand is that they will be arriving at terminal 4 and will be departuring at terminal 7. They know they will have to pick all their luggage up including the pet and go to the next counter to check in. They want to know if they have to carry their luggage to terminal 7 and if they have time to walk their dog. And please if you could also tell me where is the place they can walk the dog. Thank you

Hi, my husband and I are flying into JFK on different airlines and arrive in Terminal 1 (my flight on Lufthansa) and Terminal 4 (his flight from Dublin on AerLingus). What/where is the best place to meet? Can either of us take the Airtrain to go meet the other? If so, how much time is needed for that?

My family and I will be arriving in terminal 3 at 16.35 pm on Delta. We will depart terminal 3 at 19.15 pm, also on Delta. Is this enough time to make the connecting flight? Since we will arrive and depart from terminal 3, will we need to go through security at any point?

We arrive JFK at terminal 3 on Delta at 3:20 pm and depart terminal 8 at 5:40 pm on Finnair. Our bags are checked through from Ord to Hel but have to check in at desk at JFK and get boarding passes since the airlines are in different families. Questions-
1. Do we have to go through security in transferring to term. 8, particularly if
we use Airtrain?
2 Is 2 hr. 20 min. enough to transfer terminals and check in at Finnair , which
recommends 3 hours.
