Why is there practically no seating at terminal 8? People are sitting on the floor, or on the edge of the baggage carousel.

Not good planning or design. Look at Delta terminal.

My daughter flew in with RJ on 12/18/2018 and after going through costumes,they gave her bag. Only after we have gotten home she realized it wasn't her bag. But someone else's. We have been trying to get in contact with someone with no help at all. She's 8 months pregnant. And her bag contains important things that she needs. Very disappointed.

I purchased in Duty Free, but they didn’t seal my bag well. Then I have to checked the bag when I transit. Really frustrated about it!!!!!!!!!
