I want to know what is the limit of check in baggage weight that can be carried on Kuwait airways (flight from NY to Kuwait, Friday 9:00pm). Also how do they charge for excess weight carried. The information on their website is vague. Is it possible to talk to them. They do not even pick up phone calls or return calls

Will I be able to make my connecting flight?
If I have a Delta flight getting in to JFK at 3:05 p.m. in Terminal 3 from Indianapolis, will I have time to get my luggage, check back in at Terminal 4 and catch an international flight on Aer Lingus at 5:45 p.m.
I was hoping so, but thought someone might be able to advise best on here!

You should beable to through check in your baggage all the way to you final destination. Check with Delta when you check in at IND
Custom Clearance
I am landing at JFK from Singapore @ 11:00 and got a connecting flight on American Eagle @ 13:30 same day. Got a gap of 2 hours and 30 minutes. How long does it take for custom clearance on average. Can I make it in time ??

because you aren't leaving the airport, there should be no need for customs.
assuming you are flying on
assuming you are flying on the same carrier or on a codeshare and you don't need to clear customs to pick up your bags, then you can remain in the terminal without having to go outside.
otherwise -i.e. you bought the tickets separately and have to pick up your checked-in baggage- having to clear customs might take as long as an hour if you are on some sort of visa. then having to check-in again and clear security is gonna pretty much make you miss your AE flight.

That's absurd, of course there is customs - time to clear immigration and customs can vary widely but rarely exceeds 30-45 min
lost and found
I've traveld on nov 15,2009 at 9 pm form JFK terminal 4 to KUWAIT via Kuwait Airways KU 118 and I've lost one of bag the tag was KU417000 with the description(Delsey black color- upright Design soft material - Handel & wheels and two poucket one small and one large)

Why is this website so useless? I'm trying to find out which terminals my flights will be arriving and departing and the information (if it's there) is well hidden.
Compared to other airport websites it's very poor.

AirTrain is located just
AirTrain is located just outside of each terminal. Follow the signs in the terminal to AirTrain. Take the clockwise (inside) track which does a loop of all terminals.
time to clear customs
I fly into jfk at 10;15 on april 4,2010 on air france 007. I next catch american #117 from terminal #8 for lax. Is this adaquate time to clear customs and catch american #117?
