I am coming from pakistan, on PIA to JFK, and then i will take delta to Atlanta. Do I have to get my luggage at jfk and deposit it again, or will the luggage will be automatically taken to my delta flight. It's a linked flight.

Ali you will have to clear customs and Immigration at JFK as that is your port of entry to USA. Then you can recheck your Baggage to Atlanta. Have a pleasant flight.
Help! Have to get from terminal 3 to 9 in 1hr 35min
My Husband and I are arriving in JFK on flight 1416 AA, and flying out on Delta Flight 1581. We only have 1 hr and 35 minutes to make the connection. How is this possible?

If you are going through
If you are going through customs, I don't know if you can make it. However, if you are not and you did not check luggage, it should be fairly easy. Just take the Airtrain (it's free) to terminal 3 (ask airport personnel for directions to the Airtrain). If you have luggage that you have to wait for, do the same thing but RUN!
I would also contact Delta and let them know that you are connecting from an AA flight and tell them your flight number. They may wait for you.

What to do with kids on a 3 hour layover?
It looks like we might have a 3 hour layover at JFK next month. We'll be traveling with a 6 year old and a 2 year old. Any suggestions for good ways to keep them occupied in the time between flights?
Keeping the kids occupied
My kids (4 and 5) are always excited to travel, and they're curious -- they want to walk around and look at stuff. If you have the option, I'd recommend walking them around the airport first, and pointing stuff out to them. It will satisfy their curiosity, and they'll also get some exercise and be much calmer for the rest of the wait. (They may be tickled by something as simple as riding in a skycap vehicle.) Then have them draw "travel photos" to mail to folks back home. It's creative, it keeps them occupied, and my parents love getting them.
