Jet blue delays
Seeing as the construction at JFK will last 4 months, and was completely predictable, can someone tell me why my wife and I have collectively waited for 12 hours for two flights within 2 weeks. Do any of the neurosurgeons that you employ consider reducing the load of flights during the construction, or are we to assume that you are valuing your revenues over the cost of my time and mental health? Get your s**% together and stop wasting our time.
I have an AA flight arriving at JFK from CCS at 15:40
Hi, I have an AA flight arriving at JFK from CCS at 15:40 and then an American Eagle flight departing from JFK to YYZ at 17:05. An 1 hour 25 minutes would be enough to get my luggage and make it on time to check in for the flight to YYZ? I am concerned about time. Will I have to go through another security or customs on my way? Will I have to re-check my bags?

You have time as long as AA from CCS is not late. You will be clearing immigration and customs at JFK and you have to recheck your bags again. After that you have to go through security on the third floor and head straight to the departure gate for your flight to YYZ.

I will be arriving on May 21st on a deltaa flight, at about 9 pm, what is the best way to get to 208 west 23rd st, Chelsea? I will be tired after travelling from Australia.

1. Taxi(~40minutes)
Yellow cab (from JFK to any point to Manhattan) costs flat rate of $45 + bridge toll($5.50). The price is for the whole taxi, not per passenger.
2. Public(~1hr-1:15hrs)
Take Airtrain from any terminal on track 1 to Jamaica Station( be careful - on that track there are two alternating trains going to different routes; check the sign above the doors as the train arrives; the red colored sign is Jamaica one). Then take subway line E to 23rd street stop. Cost-$7.25/passenger. The address is a half block away going east on W23rd street.
3. Shuttle(~1hr-1:30hrs)
There is shuttle(look for it at Ground transportation
counter or Welcome Center) that goes to any address in Manhattan for $18.50-$25.00 per passenger.

Take Airtrain from any terminal on track 1 to Jamaica Station( be careful - on that track there are two alternating trains going to different routes; check the sign above the doors as the train arrives; the red colored sign is Jamaica one). Then take subway line E to 42nd street stop. Cost-$7.25/passenger.
From there go to Port Authority Bus Terminal and take Greyhound to Ithaca,NY(cost - $50-$65;travel time 5-7 hours). The bus is not direct to Ithaca - you have to transfer along the way(either in BINGHAMTON, NY or/and in WHITNEY POINT, NY)

travelling from Buffalo to JFK and then to Saint Lucia
When I arrive from Buffalo to JFK in terminal 6 I need to board another flight American Airlines to Saint Lucia probably a terminal with international flight - will I have to go through US customs again?

You will be arriving at Terminal 5(Jet Blue terminal for domestic flights). Take Airtrain to Terminal 8(American Airlines terminal). You do not go through US customs when you leave the country.

A lot of flights were delayed and some were canceled due to the high winds at JFK. Flight SU316 just left JFK(local time 2200) with 3 hours delay.
