Hi! Is it possible to book a meeting room at the airport?

janmac
I am arriving on 22 May at JFK at 22.40 on flight AA178 from san Fransisco and transferring to AA116 which leaves for Heathrow at 23.25 . Can you advise me on how to do this and is it feasible in such a short time?

The connection would be in the same terminal - just look for the gate number(for the flight to Heathrow) after you disembark the plane. You have time to do that.

Who would I have to talk to for renting/leasing commercial space at the terminals?
Additionally is there any official source for the average layover time for international passengers?

Yes, you can take NYAS to PA Bus Terminal.
There are two companies that are going from PA Bus Terminal to West Orange NJ. Check here for details:

It is OK to go on the bus or train with 3 pieces of luggage. The taxi will be on the meter(yellow cab) and expect to pay somewhere around $200.
