I am travelling from Las Vegas to Toronto. The flight arrives at JFK from Las Vegas at 7:15 pm and then the connecting flight to Toronto is at 8:15 pm. Is this enough time to make the connecting flight? I will have luggage that I am checking in Las Vegas.

I'm arriving on American Airlines and my sister arrives on Jet Blue. Is there a great place for us to meet up at the airport?

You can meet at one of the terminals - either T8(AA) or T5(Jet Blue). Good reference point at T5 is by the Welcome Center.

I am planning a trip from Trinidad to Boston via JFK. The inbound flight is on Caribbean Airlines arriving 2 PM with a connection to Boston on JetBlue at 4:30 PM. The outbound flight is the reverse, wtih the JetBlue flight arriving at JFK at 12:30 PM and the Caribbean Airlines flight leaving at 2 PM.

Will this be enough time to clear the relevant immigration, customs & security requirements, given that I am travelling light will not have any luggage to check?

Not having bags will be a big plus for you. You should be fine with clearing security immigration and customs as long as both of your flights are on time.

Thanks a bunch!

Hello! I´m planning to book a flight that arrives 5.35 PM at JFK from Toronto, Canada and then a separate flight to Moscow, Russia which leaves at 8.05 PM. First flight is operated by American Eagle, second by Aeroflot. Do you think that I have the time to make the change? I know that 2h 30 minutes is normally enough but just asking because of the customs and rechecking the luggage.
Thanks in advance!

You will clear customs at Toronto Canada. Your time frame is good to do all that as long as your first flight is on time.

u r OK, no customs when arrive from Toronto

I have a quick question. I am picking up a friend that's flying from Brussels via KLM - operated by Delta. It's flight # KL 8440, but I am getting conflicting messages as to which terminal to pick her up. Is it Terminal 3 or Terminal 4? She arrives at 1:20 pm March 1st. (Tomorrow.)

If its KLM Royal Dutch-Delta it will most likely arrive at terminal 4 at JFK Airport.

could be either one

Dear JFK team members:
I am kinda worried about my future flight and I heard a lot of good things about this site so I decided to give it a try and see if someone can help me with my question/concern. I originally bought the ticket for American Airlines that supposed to depart from JFK at 335PM May. I bought that ticket back in November of 2010 and it had scheduled departure time of 335PM now when I look at online to see if the time of the same ticket is the same and said the flight departure has swas changed 335 to 430PM on that day, same airlines and same flight number. How is that possible? Could someone nice out here explain whether airlines have the right to change flight departure time without notifying their loyal customer? Or am I in trouble?
Worried traveler

You can always give them a call to double check on the departure times. Airlines do change their flight times at their own discretion for business purposes and this is not uncommon.
