I will be arriving in terminal 3 from Detroit. Are there signs to lead me to the air train? I have to catch the hotel shuttel service from the Federal stop. Is there a fee to take the train from the terminal to this stop & once there is it easy to find the hotel shuttel services?

I will arrive at the terminal 8 and my next flight from the teminal 3. i have only 4 hours. will it be enough?

The Air Train is sign posted and very easy to locate.

I have to go from terminal 3 to terminal 4. I will have luggage with me as I depart at terminal 3 from Detroit to JFK, do baggage claim and go to treminal 4 and check in my luggage for an international flight(to Qatar). I will have 3 hours to do this. Should I take a taxi or airtran, as I will have my luggage and I am flying alone. How much does taxi charge from T3 to T4? And Is airtran free and easy if you have luggage? Please reply!
Also I am on visa, what steps do I have to do exactly?
