Wheel Chair Assistance and Group of 7
We are traveling in a group of 7, and there are two that require wheel chair assistance. When filling in the custom form 6059B, should that fill in one form or two forms since the group is big? Will splitting into two groups speed up the process?
Thanks a lot!
re:We are traveling in a group of 7
It does not matter - it won't have an effect on speeding the process.

Hi i am flying from London
Hi i am flying from London Heathrow to JFK on friday. My flight should get in at 12:55. i want to book a flight with Delta to Jamestown ND which departs at 16:00. is there enough time to get through customs and collect bags then check in again etc. I will be landing at terminal 7 but i dont know where the Delta flight leaves from. cheers
re:i am flying from London Heathrow to JFK on friday
You will have enough time to transfer. Delta leaves out of Terminal 3(or Terminal 2).

From terminal 7 to terminal 4
Hello. I´ll be arriving with Icelandair at terminal 7 on May 6th at 7pm. I have a connecting flight at terminal 4 at 11:45pm with LAN Peru. How do I get from terminal 7 to terminal 4? What floor is the check in for Lan Peru in terminal 4?
re:I´ll be arriving with Icelandair at terminal 7
Take Airtrain across the street from T7, on track 2 to T4. All check-in counters at T4 are located on the forth floor(one floor up from where the Airtrain will leave you at).

Hi, I am arriving from
Hi,
I am arriving from (Blr-London) london on a British Airways flight which lands on terminal 7 at 16:25. I have a connecting AA flight which goes from terminal 8 to raliegh at 19:55. My queries were
1) Do i need to collect my luggage in JFK (terminal 7)
2) How do i travel from terminal 7 to terminal 8 and do i have a good enough time to catch the connecting flight to raliegh?
re:Hi, I am arriving from
1.) You do have to collect your bags in order to proceed through US customs. You can re-check them in after that at BA connecting flights counter.
2.) Take Airtrain located across the street from T7 , on track 1 and get off next stop. You have more than enough time to do all that.

Best place to meet someone in Terminal 7
Hi,
I'll be arriving an hour or so after a friend (she's arriving on a British Airways flight from London and I'm arriving on a QANTAS flight from Sydney Australia) and we're trying to sort out the best place for her to wait.
Baggage claim area? Outside arrivals gate? Or is there an easy to find Starbucks (or something) that she can settle into til I arrive?
I've had a bit of a looky at the map of the terminal here:
http://www.teb.com/airports/jfk-airport-map.html
But am a little unclear how the levels work and which parts are accesible from where.
Thanks for you help.
re:I'll be arriving an hour or so after a friend
At Terminal 7 British is arriving in the international section and Quantas is arriving in domestic section(they clear customs in LAX) of arrivals.
Arrivals hall is located on the first floor and it is not big at all. It is very easy to find each other. There is a Starbucks coffee shop there(with seats in the front of it) and that is a good meeting point.

Awesome. Thanks.
Awesome. Thanks.
tight transfer(with wheel chair)
Hi,
I have two hours to connect the flight from Cathay to AA arriving at 1pm
Two of the family members require special assistance(wheel chair) Will it speed up or slow down the immigration and security clearance? Is there any special security&immigration line for them? Thanks!
re:tight transfer(with wheel chair)
There is no special line for that purpose. But having wheelchair assistance is a big plus because the assistants know all the details of immigration/customs procedures. And they will take you to Terminal 8(AA) the fastest way.

Hi I fly into JFK on June
Hi
I fly into JFK on June 15th at 1310 on Cathay CX 830 from HK.
Want to book Delta flight DL6399 to BNA Nashville at 1515.
2 hours should be enough time to connect flights, yes ?
If by chance we missed the connection, what is advised.
Thanks
Mark
re: I fly into JFK on June 15th at 1310 on Cathay
Hi Mark,
Two hours is enough as long as Cathay is on time. In case you miss your connection you have to reschedule your Delta flight with a later one.
