What is the customs/passport control like at JFK? Is there anything I should know? I am a female travelling alone. Also, is there much to do as I have a 5 hour wait for my connection.

JFK TO EWR -- There are no shuttle buses...
You are going to have one expensive transfer... about $75 to $100 plus tolls and tips. What a shame you have such a connection... EWR is VERY FAR from JFK, I would try to reschedule your flights, if at all possible.

Hi. I wonder if JFK has any baggage storage. I am arriving to JFK from Rochester, NY, and I would like to go see the downtown NY city. But of course I don't want to drag all my luggage with me.

Delta Connection

we have booked on flights DL0001 from Orlando to JFK which is scheduled to land at 1945 & then DL0154 which is scheduled to leave at 20:45.
The system allows you to book this flight (infact all systems allow you to book it Delta inc). We don't know which Terminals/ Gates both flights use & if we will be ok.
We just are a bit worried that even though we have been allowed to book it we have enough time for the transfer.
Any help/advice gratefully received.

I wouldn't schedule such a close connection... you will be running (literally) to your connecting gate. Try booking an earlier flight from Orlando to JFK.
