I have a friend who is traveling from Burlington VT to California on Jet blue with a four hour layover at JFK. He is escorting his mother who is dying of cancer back to CA. I live in NY and would like to get a gate pass to visit with them during their layover. Is this possible? ow do I go about getting one?

you can not get a gate pass in this case, let them exit the sterile area(in the baggage claim for example), then they always can return back.

I am traveling PBI to JFK via jet blue and then to Singapore Airline. I will have 6h to transfer but 6 bags and two small children. Is there a service to help transfer my bags from the terminal to terminal. A porter who can get my bags and myself on and off the air train?
