My uncle came to US with a tourist visa but he overstayed his time and hence his visa had expired. He have his foreign passport but is wondering if he can still fly national. He don't have a government issued ID, all he have is his renewed foreign passport, but not renewed Visa.

Missing items from security locked case

I flew from JFK last night 23/11/08 on the 8.55pm to LHR DL0001 and my bag was opened, the lock kept and a gold chain (fortunately the distinctive pendant had been removed and left), DKNY ladies watch (less one link which was taken out I assume to fit the member of staff) and new bottle of Prada perfume taken from a sealed gift set. Can you please explain HOW? and WHO HAD ACCESS TO A TSA KEY AT THAT TIME? and WHAT ACTION YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE TO PROTECT YOUR CUSTOMERS DURING THIS TIME OF HEIGHTENED SECURITY?

A formal complaint is being sent which will be copied to NYPD as I'm totally and utterly disgusted.

Silverplated champagne flutes ok to carry?

Hi, I'm going to celebrate my wedding in Puerto Rico. I have a set of two silverplated champagne flutes that I want to bring for the toast. My mother is worried that they will be taken away by airport security, although I don't know why. They are just champagne glasses, but they are made of metal. Could this be a problem? Thanks anyone who can help.

You can try to ask the

You can try to ask the airline for a gate pass from the airline, but usually this is given to a person sending a minor on a flight by themselves. Otherwise you will need to say your good-bye at the outside of the TSA Checkpoint.

(If i taking needles and everything out already) The dimension is 13"x3"x10" inches. Weight 8 kg. I've been carried passed many airport but not sure for JFK. Can you pls let me know?
Note: I was carried a desktop computer last time and it was 10kg. and thicker dimensions through JFK. Not sure if this case is ok.

Procedures

I will be traveling from JFK NY to Italy on Oct. 24th and would like to bring my snake with me. It is non venomous, does not have teeth and is only 30" long. It requires heat and must be transported in a battery operated case. My first question: Is it legal to transport animals overseas? Second question: If so, what are the proper procedures?

From what I've heard, you

From what I've heard, you would have needed to have the animal neutralized or whatever 6 months in advance if you're going to another country, but then again I've only heard that from the US to the UK so I wouldn't know.
