There is no Terminal C at JFK - all terminals at JFK have numbers. If you meant Federal Circle station(former station C) then you have to take Airtrain on the third floor of T5 , on track 1 to Federal Circle station.

Jet Blue states I have an arrival from Tampa on June 13 in terminal 5 and a Jet Blue leaving at 2:39 from terminal C. So maybe it is a mistake on Jet Blue's part.

I just called Jet Blue again
I just called Jet Blue again and I was told that I will be arriving at Terminal 5 and catching my next flight out of that same terminal. So what I printed out with the C as the terminal was an error. Sorry to have bothered you and do appreciate your attention to the matter.

Hi, I have a British Airways flight arriving at JFK at 11:35 and then a flight departing from JFK to Monterrey at 16:00. This 4,5 hours is probably enough to get my luggage and make it on time to check in for the flight to MTY but in case the BA flight is late, what is the minimun time I need for making it to the MTY flight? To which terminal does the British Airways flight from London arrive to and from which terminal does the Mexicana Airlines flight to Monterrey leave from?

2 hours probably would be enough(from the moment you land with BA). BA lands at T7, Mexicana departs out of T8. Take Airtrain across the street from T7 , on track 1 and get off next stop-T8.

Flight connection
I have a flight from Berlin (79) to JFK with a connection from JFK (4)to SLC. I only have one hour and twenty minutes for a connection, is that enough time?
What terminals are they in, and do I have to go out of security for the connection other then the custom and passport control? Thanks

You forgot to mention the airlines but I will assume it is Delta. You will be arriving at T3 an departing to SLC either at T3 or T2. The time frame is very small - hope the Berlin flight is not delayed(due to the recent volcanic events again in Europe).
You have to clear security once you pass the customs.
T2 and T3 are connected so it won't take you more than 15 min to find the gate for your departing flight to SLC.

travelling with dog
Arriving at JFK from Düsseldorf with Air Berlin on July 3rd with 8 yr old lab and need a rental car. Should I bring the dog, box and luggage on the Air Train with me, or go to the rental terminal, get the car and come back for the dog?

You can take the dog on the Airtrain as long as it is in the box.Get the baggage handler to help you if it is too much for you to handle.
Or you can take a taxi to the rental facility - it will cost you ~$10.

connecting flight
Hello:
I will be taking Jetblue to JFK then an international flight from T1 with Royal Air Maroc. I will have to check my luggage with Royal air MAroc when I get off from T5. I will be traveling with 2 small children, and I'm worried how I will handle the luggage from T5 to T1 and vice versa on the way back with children. are there carts in T5 and can I take a cart from T5 to T1 both ways ? Can I get porter help at T5 to help me carry the luggage to T1 ?
